The Oakland Raiders dropped out of first place in the AFC West with last week’s 21-13 loss at Kansas City. The combination of frigid conditions and an injured right pinkie finger limited quarterback Derek Carr who was 17-of-41 passing for only 117 yards, but he was listed as a full participant in Wednesday’s padded practice.
